Hi All:

 

In less than a month we will be gathering in Lake Placid for our meeting.  With that in mind and to facilitate transfers and carpooling to the resort, please send me your travel/flight info.  Please include Flight numbers, airline, arrival time, arrival airport, arrival date, departure date, departure time.  Please advise if you need us to arrange transfers or if you are renting a vehicle and are willing to share the ride with others arriving at or near your time of arrival. 

 

If you are driving please provide your date and approx. time of arrival, departure date and approx. time of departure and if you are willing to swing by Albany or Burlington to pick up other attendees on your way to Lake Placid.

 

Also, the hotels MAY be able to accommodate so late check-out’s on Sunday.  If you would one, let me know.  No guarantees.  Likewise if you have early flights on Sunday, please let us know when you expect to depart Lake Placid.

 

Please get this info back to me as quickly as possible so we can match as many folks up to share the ride and lower the costs.
