Attached are documents you will need to print and bring to the meeting. I apologize if you are both mailing lists and get this twice, but we wanted the current Presidents and attendees to have the information.
You should find attached:
1. General Business Meeting Agenda
2. Officer Reports (including budget)
3. Committee Reports (Audit to follow)
4. Proposed Bylaws Changes
5. Draft Minutes 2014 Meeting
If your council will not be represented at the meeting you may send a proxy email with your votes.
