Attached are documents you will need to print and bring to the meeting.  I apologize if you are both mailing lists and get this twice, but in addition to the attendees, we also wanted the current and immediate past presidents and attendees to have the information also.

Please advise soonest if anyone still needs a ride to/from the airports.  It would also help us to know who is riding with who.

The following is information on the Thursday morning optional excursions.  The hikes are free.  The boat tour is $16 per person.  These activities are on your own.

The boat tour is at the Lake Placid Marina.  The boat leaves at 10:00 AM. Directions to the marina are below.

Cobble Hill Hike is an on their own activity. They can hike anytime from 9:30pm-12:00pm. It takes about 1 hour to hike the summit.

Cobble Hill Primary Trailhead: From the intersection of Route 73 and Route 86 in Lake Placid, follow Route 86 toward the center of town. Take a right at the town hall onto Mirror Lake Drive. Continue through the 4-way stop and place Mirror Lake to your left. Follow Mirror Lake Drive for approximately 1 mile past Northwood Road to the new entrance to Northwood School. There is a trailhead parking area 200 yds. up this entrance road on the left. One can still approach via Mount Whitney Road, which is on the right just beyond the Northwood School entrance. Parking is on Mirror Lake Drive, there is room enough for 6 or so cars.

Peninsula Nature Trail Hike - This is a guided hike. Shuttle will pick up guests at 10:15am at the Conference Center. The Conference Center address is 2608 Main Street Lake Placid, NY 12946. We have a lobby people can wait in for the shuttle.

Veteran's Memorial Highway Tour - Shuttle will pick guests up at the Whiteface Lodge Resort after lunch. Some may need to car pool.
