Good evening,

 

There were questions about 3 final documents as part of the committee report package. The first question related to the Agenda report and it is attached. The second was in relation to the RFP committee. It is the feeling of the VP William Shadbolt that due to no one but himself being on the committee, he explained the status of the RFP committee in his VP report. With regards to the Resource committee report, it is considered part of the Web Committee per Joe Harvis and is included in that report.
