Hello NSCF Meeting Attendees,

In just three weeks, our 2017 Annual Summit Meeting will convene in Sun Peaks, BC, Canada.  Many thanks to all who responded to my earlier request for travel information.  I’m attaching an updated list of flight/travel details to assist anyone interested in  coordinating plans with other attendees.  For travelers flying in-out of Kamloops Airport, there is a shuttle serving Sun Peaks.  A TE Shuttle brochure is attached – the good news is that they are offering our meeting attendees a 50% discount!  Please call the service to make your reservation.

For anyone arriving/departing Kelowna Airport, Walt Prest, delegate for the Western PA Ski Council has reserved a five passenger vehicle and would be happy to share the ride (approx. 2 hour, 36 minutes) and expenses.  He is flying from Pittsburgh to Vancouver on September 6th, leaving Vancouver on Air Canada flight #8416 at 3:00 pm, arriving Kelowna at 3:55 p.m.  He will be checking out on Saturday, the 9th and will drive back to Kelowna for a return flight to Pittsburgh at 6 a.m. on Sunday, the 6th.  He reserved a motel room for Saturday night and is in no rush to get there, so could share the ride (and the room if applicable) with anyone traveling out of Kelowna during that period.

Lastly, I’ve listed hotel check-in/check-out dates on the attached spreadsheet.  If this information is not accurate, please let me know.
