Hi Everyone, 

 

Attached, please find updated NSCF meeting travel information.  As a reminder, Karen Mann (Cheryl’s sister) has graciously volunteered to meet Jackson Hole Airport arrivals on Sep 5th.   It looks like she will now be picking up nine arrivals.   Once Karen & Cheryl are pick up their rental car on Tuesday, a description of the car will be sent.  If you need to communicate with Karen due to a flight delay or any other concern, her cell number is 214-763-5123.     

 

I’m working with Teton Mountain Taxi to arrange transfers to Jackson Hole Airport for departures on Sep 8th.   Confirmed reservations for Spring Hill Hotel departures are noted below.   The fare is $40.00 – the cost can be shared by multiple passengers.   The early (5:00am) pick-up requires two vehicles – the fare is $120.00.   

 

Please review this info and let me know if anything is listed incorrectly.  If you made other arrangements or plan to use Lyft or Uber for your Sep 8th departure, please advise me ASAP so I can cancel your reservation.
