We are one week out from our first in person Annual Meeting since 2019. Attached you will find the Final Meeting Agenda and the proposed Budget. Also. another email will have attached the Proposed Bylaws and Standing Rules changes all of which will require approval by a simple majority of the councils. Finally a third email will contain an introductory document to familiarize yourself with your fellow attendees.

Sorry for sending multiple emails but size constraints will not let me send all at once.

All Annual Reports, the Business Meeting agenda, and all of the attached documents are online on the NSCF website’s Resource Center, which is in the Member’s Only section of the website, so you will need to login to the site to be able to view and or print. You can also use this link to access all of the reports: https://skifederation.org/members/resource-center/annual-meeting-documents/2022-annual-meeting-documents/. You will still need to login to the site.

Anyone that wishes to have them sent a copy, please email me that request and I will send them.

The Bylaws and Standing Rules documents you are receiving are in mocked up format (showing changes) and final PDF.

This email is also addressed to those council presidents and delegates that are NOT in attendance so that you are aware of what is being discussed and you have the opportunity to weigh in by sending me an email with your questions/concerns and I will present them at the meeting. You also have the ability to send me your proxy instructing me how you wish your vote to be cast.

If you elect to send a proxy, please send it to me by Friday, September 9^th, so I have everything in time for the business meeting on Saturday. A simple email will suffice that state you are appointing me, Joe Harvis, NSCF Secretary, as your proxy to cast your council's vote for the following. You may instruct me how you wish your vote cast or instruct me to use best judgement. As of now, the following items will be voted on at this meeting.

1. Bylaws Changes
2. Standing Rules changes
3. Adoption of the Proposed Budget for 2022-2023

Other than the above, there may be other items that come up that require a vote. You can determine to allow me to cast the vote in the best interest or no vote/abstain. Please be sure to give explicit instructions in your proxy email to me.

Lastly, let me apologize now for the length of this email, but I wanted to be sure everything was explained as best I could. Also my apologies that some of you may get this email twice as I will also be sending it from my Gmail account as we have been informed that some of you are NOT receiving all of our emails. Please let me know from which email you receive it, so we can investigate.
