This educational FAM trip is being offered to qualified representatives of the member councils of the National Ski Council Federation and is being coordinated by the Chicago Metropolitan Ski Council.

Brides les Bains, France along with the Three Valley areas of Courchevel, Val Thorens/Les Menuires and Meribel are offering representatives from the NSCF member councils an educational seminar and familiarization trip during March 14 – 22, 2020.

This program is being coordinated by Brides les Bains where participants will stay at the Savoy Hotel with educational presentations hosted at the Grande Hotel des Thermes.  Each of the Three Valley areas will host the group for one day of skiing and touring as well as transportation and meals at selected venues.

Included:

    Welcome drinks on the first night with an introduction from the tourist office 

    One seminar day with drinks and lunchtime meal 

    Visit to all three valleys - activities and lunchtime activities included

    6 evening meals (one night off)

    6 day ski pass to the 3 Vallees

    Discount on ski equipment rentals 

The cost of this program is approximately 674 euros (based on today's exchange $740) based on double occupancy.  Air is not included but group transfer from Geneva airport is. NOTE:  Transportation out of Geneva upon arrival will be determined when we know incoming flights with the assumption most flight arrive by late morning.

One night in Annecy with boat ride and guided tour is approximately 133 euros additional. 

All payments will be done directly to Brides les Bains through the Savoy Hotel.

Deposit of 30 % down will be due mid-November with final balance due mid-February.

Each attendee must give us a simple background about their position as a trip leader and their past experiences with European trips.  Spouse/significant others as well as additional club/council leaders and trip leaders are welcome also.  First come, First serve.
