Thank you all for your work last year and willingness to continue on this year!  The Officers had our first conference call last week and went over the "to do's" from the meeting. After having our calls alternate last year, I feel that everyone is never going to be available all the time, so all monthly calls this year will be for everyone.  If you can't make it, let Jane and I know and send us a brief update if you have one.

We also found that the forth Wednesday of each month worked best for us, and decided we will start with keeping that date. 

 

For the next six months, the following will be the date of our calls.  The time will always be 7pm EST.

October 26, 2016

November 30, 2016 (this is the 5th Wed, as the 4th is the night before Thanksgiving)

December - we will not meet between the holidays

January 25, 2017

February 22, 2017

March 22, 2017

 

I will send a reminder prior to the October meeting with the Go To Meeting/call in information (it is the same).

 

I am also attaching the Committee list with those that signed up as interested during the meeting. Let me know if you have any questions.
