Hi all:

 

Attached is the Annual Report template.  Please use this template format to prepare your reports for the year.  Each officer and committee chair including the regional reps are required to file an annual report.

 

As we will need time to consolidate and prepare for distribution to the delegates one week prior to us meeting in Sun Peaks,  please complete and return your report by August 20th.
