Great job and so quick.  I downloaded and actually read!  If I didn't do it now, I might not get back to it timely. Two things I saw:

Agenda/  I think Cheryl wants them to prepare a topic (rather than a top - although that could be interesting 😊.

Auction: I thought the amount received was around $4,500 after the fees were taken out. Including fees makes it sound, to me,  like we need to deduct fees from the $4,500.  But that could just be me.

I thought everything else was precise and well worded.
