I would think that he should have either his ski club or the Florida Council should take this up before we get involved.
Plus remember what Andrew told us, Vail does not care about clubs or Councils.
I do not see their attitude changing.

I'm assuming he is a member of a Florida club? Is the club not trying to resolve?
I personally have only heard of these issues through our call in June and what I've seen posted on Facebook.
