I trust your summer is progressing smoothly.  It’s that time of year for Annual Reports.  Attached is the template.  Please use this format to make it easier for me to combine them into one document.  Deadline is Wednesday, August 24th.  Please have them to me on time.  I plan to email them out to the presidents and delegates by August 29th to give everyone time to read and digest them in advance of our meeting the following week.
