Dear Industry Partners:

As we prepare for the National Ski Council Federation (NSCF) Annual Meeting September 6 ~ 10, 2017 in Sun Peaks, BC, Canada, we need to be looking forward to 2018 and 2019.

We are writing to ask you to consider presenting a bid to host a future Annual Meeting.   This gives you the opportunity to showcase your location to the Leaders of the 29 Major Ski/Board Councils in the United States.   These people represent over 300,000 individual Council/Club Members from across the nation.

We have attached the RFP for your review and consideration.   Please note that while we ask for comps wherever possible, we do understand the realities of the current economy and will entertain a proposal with costs for us to consider.

We greatly appreciate and respect the participation of our Industry Partners who attend our meetings.   We are looking forward to seeing you in Sun Peaks.
