Michelle, I don't have any date noted in my calendar. Ken and I are in Crested Butte on a Far West trip, then headed to Winter Park for a 3-day/4-night trip I bought at the FWSA convention silent auction. We will be home end of next week and I will work on the young racer info then. March Newsbeat is posted.

Content Call
(Mailing list information, including how to remove yourself, is located at the end of this message.)
All
Right after our last call, we left for the Council trip to Bend/Mt Bachelor.  Had a blast.  If you haven't been there, definitely book a trip there.  (I think Crescent was there this year too.)

Anyway, when we got back--much to my horror--the cleaning lady had "cleaned" my office!  Auuuuggghhhh!  (I usually lock my door :))

And by cleaned I should say "cleared" my yes, messy desk!  This included the notes I jotted down during the call last month about the website,

I have looked though EVERY FOLDER I had on my desk--which translates to almost every folder I own or have used in the last 2 years --(I know exactly 2 years because that was when we moved and the last time I saw the  top of my desk).

Where I am going with this, is I can not find my notes from the last call. I remember that we said Wednesday was the best day of the week, but I don't remember which date--I thought it was the last one, meaning Wednesday 30th.  If it is, that won't work because the Fed Exec Call is that night.  If it was Wednesday 23rd, that won't work either because Central Councils are meeting that night.

So can anyone 1) refresh my memory and 2) everyone tell me when you are available.

Can everyone log into to the  Cloud Community for resources, how tos etc?  You all are members of the community.  If you're having trouble let me know.

I have added but not yet published:

1) New York Metro Council Spotlight
2) "What's Up" 3 stories.

The March Newsbeat has been published.  Margaret told me she is waiting for Wilbanks to send the digital copies of stories.  Pat has some disabled skier stories pending.

Has anyone else been working on content?  I've attached the section assignments yet again ;))

Jo S: Can you post some content on your Far West up & coming racers?  There are some that I put in the cloud when I found them.  You can review these and see if any should be posted.

Lydia: Have you been contacting key industry partners, such as our meeting hosts (see attached)?    Would like to have Ray & Mike D getting the charity sections up.  Both for Councils/ Clubs and with Industry but we need to coordinate this with your contacts so we don't hit them multiple times.

Ray & Mike:  Look in the cloud and start posting some of the articles that have been saved there--I found several last year around the time of the meeting

Joe H--do you have a list of all of the industry who have attended our meetings--at least for the last 5 years?  (So many changes in the industry lately, no one stays put)

Joe H--have you made any headway with the code for the trips mirroring on club and Fed site?

Walt: What have you been working on?

We need to get moving on this------ :))
Regards,
Michelle
