Hi guys:

 

It’s that time of the year again.  Attached is the report template to summarize your office/committee activities and accomplishments during this term.  For those of you who have multiple office and committee assignments, please complete separate forms for each.

 

Please return your completed reports to both myself and Lisa by August 31st so we have time to assemble them into a package and distribute them to the delegates.  We plan to email them out on Thursday, September 3rd so the delegates have them prior to heading out to Lake Placid.  Lisa will need a couple of days to assemble them so please no delays.  Have them back to us by the 31st.
