Dear Committee Chairs,

Thank you for volunteering to be a committee chair for the Federation. The officers and I

appreciate your time and commitment to secure the success of the organization.

I have attached the master Committee Chair list. Joe has made a specific email for each

committee. Any emails sent to it will be linked to your personal email so that you get the

correspondence. Please review that this looks correct and is acceptable to you. If you'd

prefer another email be used, let me know.

Once I hear back from all of you that the list is good, I will send to the councils/attendees

asking them to contact you directly if they are interested in working with your committee. If

your committee does not need others (for example PR) let me know and I will remove your

name from the list when it goes out to all. I'm hoping direct contact will keep a middle man

out of the collection process of interest and take less time in turnaround.

The second page of the list is for your information. It is all the group emails that we have

if you are trying to reach specific groups.
