Hello NSCF Member Councils, 

 

Good News!  The Springhill Suites has extended the room drop date for our 2019 NSCF Meeting until July 10th.  This means that Councils and guests not already registered still have time to join us in Jackson Hole for the upcoming NSCF ‘s Annual Meeting from Sep 5th thru Sep 8th.  A copy of our Draft Meeting Agenda is attached for your review.  As a reminder, registration is accomplished on the Federation’s website.  Refer to instructions for registration in the attached Council Invite letter, disregarding the July 1st deadline.  You now have until July 10th!    

 

Many thanks to the folks who have already registered.  Please be sure to provide me with your travel plans if you have not already sent your arrangements to me.  This information is necessary to help coordinate transfers. 

 

IMPORTANT:  If this message and other information related to the Federation’s Annual Meeting no longer apply to you, please forward to the appropriate person(s) in your Council.
