Hi Everyone, 

 

Attached, please find updated NSCF meeting travel information.  As a reminder, Karen Mann (Cheryl’s sister) has graciously volunteered to meet Jackson Hole Airport arrivals on Sep 5th.   It looks like she will be picking up eight arrivals.   Once Karen & Cheryl are pick up their rental car on Tuesday, a description of the car will be sent.  If you need to communicate with Karen due to a flight delay or any other concern, her cell number is 214-763-5123.     

 

I’m working with Teton Mountain Taxi to arrange transfers to Jackson Hole Airport for departures on Sep 8th.   Confirmed reservations for Spring Hill Hotel departures are noted below.   The fare is $40.00 – the cost can be shared by multiple passengers.   The early (5:00am) pick-up requires two vehicles – the fare is $120.00.   

 

Please review this info and let me know if anything is listed incorrectly.  If you have made other arrangements, please advise me ASAP so I can cancel your reservation.
