Section 4. Removal of an Officer | | | |||||||||
A. An officer of the NSCF may be removed from office for the following: | |||||||||||
1. Failure or inability to perform and fulfill his io her duties | |||||||||||
2. Misconduct, theft, or misappropriation of NSCF property | |||||||||||
3. Physical and /or verbal abuse of another member or any other person(s) | |||||||||||
4. Conduct detrimental to the welfare of the NSCF | | ||||||||||
5. Conviction of any crime of theft or fraud | | ||||||||||
6. A vote of no-confidence | | | |||||||||
7. For any other just cause | | | |||||||||
B. Any NSCF officer may initiate removal proceedings by delivering a written request, specifying | |||||||||||
the grounds for removal, to the President and Secretary of the NSCF. | |||||||||||
C. The President shall circulate such charges to all NSCF officers, along with a notice of the time | |||||||||||
and place of the meeting of the NSCF Board at which such charges shall be considered. | |||||||||||
D. The NSCF officer charged shall be entitled to speak on his or her behalf, but he or she shall not cast the vote of his or her council on the issue | |||||||||||

E. To remove the person so charged, a two-thirds (2/3) majority of voting members present must be attained and approved by the delegates | |||||||||||
