  The Chicago Metropolitan Ski Council (CMSC) runs two annual contests every year. We are looking for the best Newsletter and the best Web Site. I am asking for judges for both or either one.  10-15 clubs have entered in the past.   We have prescribed criteria that we rate them on. Greetings all, Hoping this finds you all safe!  I've just returned from a lengthy stay in California, where I was supposed to be attending the wedding of a niece with my 84-year-old mom on March 16th.  Vociferous "encouragement" from the rest of the family resulted in our staying home.  We got her loaded with supplies and I was able to catch a flight home--on a very empty plane. It is with much sadness that I announce the passing of Bonnie Piwowarczyk , wife of Chicago Metropolitan Ski Council President , Ray Piwowarczyk at 6:00 pm Sunday January 26, 2020. Bonnie was taken to the hospital around noon with difficulty breathing and succumbed to a heart attack in the presence of Ray and other family.
