Dear Council Members, Last year at the Annual Meeting in Bend we had some really good interactions with the Industry.  We looked at ourselves and tried to determine what we were doing good and what we needed to work on. We also asked the Industry to make the same lists.  After comparing we came up with several areas that we could work on to make a difference.
