I think that the Florida council president should be contacted first to see what insights she might have on this person and what the council may have done regarding the issue. IMHO there's no recourse other than through the courts and we don't have the resources to do that plus Vail has deep pockets to fight it. From a PR perspective it's not a good look for NSCF.
