2026 NSCF Travel Trend Survey
The conversation from the 2025 survey at last summer’s meeting was great and the decision was to repeat the survey in 2026. The delegates committed to working with their councils and clubs to get it filled out so our data is really valuable this year. Our Industry Partners are also excited about this information as they feel it may be able to help them sell the value of groups with it.
This year’s survey is for ANY trip between May 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026 and is to be completed by May 31, 2026.
The survey is only eight basic items: name and email of person filling information in, what type of trip offered, where it was to, what date was the first day of the trip, how long in nights it was, how many attended and price range that base trip offered without air/lifts no matter what inclusions you had or did not have (your sell price).
The categories and instructions are stated on rows 1 & 2. These rows will stay in place as you scroll down, or you can click on the filter key in row 2 and search for your council or club. Once you edit your information it will automatically keep it in the working document. So please be careful not to delete anything. Only one row was built for each council and club, you will need to add a row for each additional trip completed.
Please have one line per trip and make sure all columns are filled out with only one answer in each.
Councils
- Go through and confirm/edit your clubs. If any are no longer part of your council, please indicate as instructions provide. If you have new clubs in your council, please add them under your Council section.
- Fill in your Council’s trip information. IF you did not run a trip please enter “NONE” as that is very important as well.
Clubs
- Fill in your Club’s trip information. IF you did not run a trip please enter “NONE” as that is very important as well. –Do not report a council trip your club participated on, that information falls under the council trip.
- If your club belongs to more than one council, only respond under one council and in the last column of your club under the other councils note which council your replies are under.
NOTES: Please be careful not to delete anyone else’s information, and if you use the filter to get quickly to your council, remember to unfilter the search so the next person opening the link sees the whole list.
