I hope all you have already registered and booked your lodging for our annual meeting in Whitefish, Montana, September 8-11, 2022.  If not, please do as we will need to cut back rooms next week.  Details are below:

Lodging Registration (THE LODGE AT WHITEFISH LAKE):

Call 877.887.4026 & mention group name National Ski Council Federation to receive the group rate or book online at www.lodgeatwhitefishlake.com/groupslogin & enter the following details: Group ID : NSCF2022 Group PASSWORD : WHITEFISH. Viking Lodge Rooms are $249 a night and Main Lodge Rooms are $317 a night plus taxes and fees (approximately 20.75% total) If you would like to be matched with a roommate, please let the registrar, Susan Donlan, know. She will provide contact information for a person also requesting a roommate. registration@PROTECTED.

These rooms are being offered to NSCF by the Lodge at more than a 50% discount off what the public is paying for rooms at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake during this time frame.

Meeting Registration:

Online registration for the meeting is managed in the “Members Only” section of the Federation’s website. (https://skifederation.org)

You will need to first register on our website and get your personal username and password if you have not already done so. You can click on the Annual Meeting Registration tab found under the “Councils” or “Members Only” drop down menu on the website’s main page. A separate registration is required for each person attending even if your attendance fee is waived. The registration fee for meeting attendance is complimentary for primary delegates and NSCF officers and committee chairs. This fee includes all meals from Thursday evening to Saturday lunch, special event Friday evening, and all hosted activities, including a hospitality suite each evening. Breakfast is included with your lodging. Ground transportation to/from Glacier International Airport (FCA) is also included to The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. An additional Council representative from each Council is welcome to participate along with the Council’s primary delegate.

The registration fee is $100.00 for a second delegate which includes all meals from Thursday evening to Sunday morning, special event Friday evening, and all hosted activities, including a hospitality suite each evening. Breakfast is included with your lodging. Ground transportation to/from Glacier International Airport (FCA) is included to The Lodge at Whitefish Lake.

Guests/Spouses are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting. The registration fee is $100.00 for a guest/spouse and includes all meals from Thursday evening to Saturday lunch, special event Friday evening, and all hosted activities, including a hospitality suite each evening. Breakfast is included with your lodging. Ground transportation to/from Glacier International Airport (FCA) is included to The Lodge at Whitefish Lake.

Fees for an additional Council representative, guest or spouse may be paid by using the PayPal link on the registration page or by sending the NSCF Treasurer a check payable to NSCF. Mail to: Linda Walker, 133 Beachside Drive, Pone Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Please register no later than July 5, 2022. After this date, we may not be able to accommodate you, as any unused rooms reserved for us will be dropped. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is processed. If you do not receive one within three days, please contact the registrar at registration@PROTECTED.
