The 28th Annual NSCF Meeting is being held in Reno, Nevada on August 20 – 23, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday) at The Silver Legacy Resort & Casino.
Please plan to arrive early on Thursday to get settled in and prepare for the festivities to begin on Thursday evening and enjoy the evening reception.
Our conference will begin on Thursday (Aug 21) with a one hour meeting to orient first-time attendees. A reception and dinner will follow. The agenda on Friday and Saturday will include seminars, panel discussions, and interaction with our Industry Partners.
The NSCF 2026 Annual Meeting Agenda will be available here and any updates will be posted as we finalize the details.
Registration is open to ski council and ski industry representatives by invitation only.

Upon submitting your meeting registration you will receive an automated email containing the information you provided.
NOTE – registering for this meeting does not guarantee you a spot at this year’s event UNLESS you have received a formal invitation from the NSCF Meeting Registrar. If you have not received a formal invite, a follow up email from the NSCF Registrar, “confirming acceptance” of your registration, will be verification of your participation in this event. This will be sent in a separate email from the automated email you will receive after submitting your on-line registration.
If you have not received a formal invitation we advise you to wait for the “confirmation of acceptance” email from the NSCF Registrar prior to your purchasing airfare. If you do decide to purchase in advance of confirmation, you are doing so at your own risk.
