Industry insiders are reporting that American Media Inc. is closing many of its legacy publications, including the long-standing Powder Magazine.
The news was then confirmed by the editor of Mountain Gazette. Check out the caption on the spine of Powder’s last publication.
No official statements have been released by Powder Magazine or American Media Inc. to confirm when the publication will officially close.
American Media Inc. is a media conglomerate ran by the controversial David Pecker. The company owns dozens of publications including US Weekly, Men’s Journal, and other tabloids.
