Resercal is a scheduling and management app for families, clubs and friends sharing property. It’s designed to save admin time and reduce the potential for friction. Members can check availability 24/7 and make reservations. Managers in your group can edit reservations and assign provisional dates to members. Features include: multiple reservables, tentative/confirmed reservation status, wait listing, cancellation deadline, usage report, and editable rules and information pages. Members can log into the app 24/7 and check availability on the month-view calendar. They can see who else is going and add their own reservations to the calendar.
Managers can edit anyone’s reservations and can access additional management tools such as an editable rules and information pages, and a user management page where they can add new members – and even temporarily suspend members as a gentle reminder to pay late dues or other shared expenses.
Non-Reserving Members can log in and see the availability calendar but they can’t make or edit reservations.
To make it easier to manage groups the app has the following features that you won’t find in a Google Calendar or similar:
- Customizable default stay length (it could be 1 night, 1 week, or parts of a day like 10am-4pm)
- Optional use types (private, guest, club, family etc.)
