FOR SALE: Private Montana Ski Area ($3.5 Million). Wraith Hill Ski Area is a 160-acre plot of land featuring a ski area with an 800-foot vertical drop. Eight trails range in beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty. While there is a surface lift, it’s unclear if it’s still operational.
