Park City and Deer Valley eye public-private partnership for Snow Park
Deer Valley will pay $15 million towards the creation of a regionally significant transportation and parking facility. These funds may also be used for affordable housing in connection with that facility.
PARK CITY, Utah — In a recent development, Park City and Deer Valley have outlined a proposal for a public-private partnership aimed at supporting the Snow Park Village redevelopment and related infrastructure improvements. The proposal, still under consideration and pending City Council approval, revolves around a series of measures designed to enhance transportation, parking, and housing facilities in the area.
